Last Updated: January 5, 2026
1. Introduction
Insurance Panda is an informational website provided for educational and comparison purposes. References to any brand, insurer, product, or service are made solely to help identify and compare those offerings. We do not claim (and do not intend to suggest) any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with the brands discussed unless explicitly stated.
Welcome to the Terms of Service for Insurance Panda (the “Terms”). By using, viewing, or visiting this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
Throughout these Terms, “Insurance Panda,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the owner and operator of the Site. “You” and “your” refer to any person who accesses or uses the Site.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to submit personal information, request quotes, or otherwise use any quote/request features on the Site. If you are under 18, you may browse the Site for informational purposes only and should not submit personal information.
2. Description of Service
The Site provides consumer education and general information about auto insurance and related topics. We are not an insurance company, agency, or broker, and we do not sell insurance directly.
Affiliate/Advertising Disclosure: We may earn compensation from third-party partners, including when you click on links, submit information, or request quotes through the Site. Compensation may impact where and how offers appear (for example, order of presentation), but it does not change our goal of providing helpful, consumer-focused information.
Content on the Site reflects the opinions and analysis of our staff and is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, or insurance advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who is familiar with your specific situation.
Insurance laws, pricing, and underwriting guidelines change frequently. While we work to keep content current, we do not guarantee that any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or up to date.
We may work with third-party partners to connect users with insurers and insurance-related service providers. Based on the preferences you provide or the products you express interest in, you may be directed to third-party providers to obtain quotes and/or additional information.
2.1 Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may include third-party links, tools, widgets, or embedded/“framed” content. Third-party materials are provided for convenience and comparison purposes only. Your use of third-party websites and services is subject to those parties’ terms, policies, and practices.
Insurance Panda does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or content of any third-party site, nor for any products or services offered by third parties.
2.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insurance Panda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, including your use of third-party websites, products, or services. In no event will our total liability for any claim exceed $100 or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.
3. Information You Provide
Any personal information you provide through the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, please do not use quote/request features or submit information through the Site.
If you choose not to provide certain information, some features and functionality may not be available to you.
4. Disclaimer
We do not provide insurance products through the Site. We do not guarantee that any particular insurer or provider will offer coverage, pricing, or terms that are favorable to you (or available to you at all). Any decisions you make based on information from the Site are made at your own risk.
5. Copyright
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce, publish, publicly display, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Our Intellectual Property
“Insurance Panda” is used to identify our services and brand. All trademarks, service marks, and logos on the Site are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party marks are for identification, comparison, commentary, and/or nominative fair use purposes only and do not imply any relationship with the trademark owner.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes, without limitation: (a) attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; (b) using automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access or collect data from the Site; (c) interfering with Site operation or security; or (d) using the Site in violation of any applicable law.
8. Representations and Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability and disclaimers are limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Insurance Panda harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
10. Choice of Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11. Forum of Disputes
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
12. Force Majeure
